View Full Version : My first completed series...
bmasters9 02-14-2008, 04:52 PM ...is "Hardcastle and McCormick"! I just got S3 today, and that release is a big plus for my television disc collection in two ways-- not only because it's my first completed series, but it joins a select few in my television disc lineup to see third seasons-- the others being "Hawaii Five-O" and "The Waltons."
And speaking of "The Waltons", that is the first series in my lineup to see more than three seasons-- that one has 5 in my lineup from 1972-77. Although I don't really watch it, my mother does, and with "The Waltons," she has 5 seasons available of one of her favorite series to watch virtually anytime.

Congratulations, tubehead. It looks like both you and I have at least one completed series. It looks like you're seeing some good deals at Wal-Mart, from the looks of it. That said, thanks for the response.
Dean Winchester 02-15-2008, 06:02 PM it always feels great to get complete series sets.
So far I have the complete Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Da Ali G Show, Ellen, The Golden Girls, Maude (unofficial), Roseanne, Seinfeld and Sex And The City series (not counting shows that ran less than a season), I should be getting the complete Alice, Ally McBeal, Gimme A Break and 227 shortly from a trade with a friend.

Wow-- that's a lot of completed series you have. Evidently, you enjoy all those series that you have the completed DVD sets of. My mother would love to get all of "The Waltons," I believe.
