I watched the s6 episodes again a few weeks ago and I noticed he received "special guest star" billing at the start of the episode after the theme song. Granted, he is the son of Shirley Jones and brother of David (half) and Shaun, but why did he merit that treatment considering there really isn't anything that impressive on his resume (and FOL was his first acting role) and he wasn't an important character (the same thing happened in s6 with Mackenzie Astin, but he ended up becoming a regular and staying for the remainder of the show). If Ryan deserved that treatment for his few episodes, I think Alex Rocco should've as well, considering Alex had The Godfather and other memorable movies on his resume before the role of Charlie came his way.
