The 75-year-old actress resurfaced at a theater event in NYC on Wednesday, looking astonishing.

In 2003, Barbara wrote a self-help guide for single people called, "Living Alone and Loving It."

She's one of the few actresses (let alone celebs) who have aged gracefully.
