Hi everyone!

There was a Family Ties cast reunion on the Today show this morning. Everyone was there: Michael Gross, Meredith Baxter, Michael J. Fox, Justine Bateman, and Tina Yothers. We were lucky enough to tape it and just wanted to let folks know in case anyone wanted it for their collection. It's about 9 minutes long and Al Roker does the interview with the cast in the Today show studio.

There were two segments. The first segment with Matt Lauer was about 12 minutes.

Thanks for that TJ. I wasn't aware of that. I turned it on at 9am and they hadn't even got around to Al Roker's segment with them. Seems wild that they would dedicate two separate segments and a total of 21 minutes to them.

What was this for a tv movie reunion in the works or DVD release of the show?

I haven't watched it yet, but I recorded the whole show because Jason McElwain "J-Mac" (an autistic basketball player) was supposed to be on it. He's the kid who scored 20 points in 4 minutes in a 1996 game for his high school. A TV movie about him is in the works.

After getting that info from T-Greg and TJ, I went to the Today show website and saw that they also did reunions with The Waltons from 2007 and Little House on the Prairie, also from 2007. Does anyone have these to trade?

I have the footage from 7-9 for trade if you need that. I know they showed them during that time slot, I don't know if they aired any other footage.

It was to promote Gary Goldberg's book, "Sit Ubu Sit" (yes, the real title) :)
