After Kate suspends Jinny for coming to work drunk, Magda secretly organizes an intervention in the hopes that Jinny will confront her addiction and go to rehab. When Jinny refuses to go to rehab, her co-workers and family wonder if she will ever be able to overcome her alcohol addiction. After a long day of dealing with Jinny, Magda goes home to Gabriel, who confesses his love for her with a marriage proposal.
