Anyone from shows or movies that showed an actor that never seem to break that old habit at all...

I notice Scott Baio in most of the movies and T.V shows always has his tongue out a bit before speaking or even beginning to speak. It is shown in every movie there is. He always sticks his tongue out quickly before speaking.

Matthew Perry always puts his tongue in his cheek and keeps his hands in his pockets when he is on screen and when he is interviewed on a talk show...
David Schwimmer has a habit of putting his hands up to his mouth in some way when he is in movies or tv. He also uses his hand alot when he acts, but I think that is because he is a theatrically trained actor.
