If u notice, on a lot of shows, after the first season, people leave these shows, cause it wasn't what they thought it was going to be: for instance: look at the girl from er, she left after two seasons, and is now coming back this season, so the grass is always greener.....

I JUST read on the ny post that martin sheen was going to leave the new hit show "west wing" cause of the producer who was caught for drugs, (this is sheen's boss), and now the head writer of that show is leaving instead, so i guess it happens on all the shows.....and this is the shows second season

What's ER? (Kind of behind)

ER on Wednesday nights, 9:00 pm....springer is her last name and she was on the show for one or two seasons when it first started and left, she wanted to spend more time with her boyfriend and then they broke up.....but she is coming back cause the money looks good....

Julianna Margulis was offered soooo much money too come bak too ER but she didnt.. I swear sometimes its like "Who the hell would turn down that kinda money!?!"

ER is only one of the gr8est shows ever! It's on Thursday nights at 10:00pm and her name is Sherry Stringfield, not Springer. She played Dr. Susan Lewis and she left in the middle of the 3rd season. She is coming back next season, which is season 8. I know all this stuff cuz I'm an ER fanatic. I LOVE ER!!!!!!!! Sorry, I can't help myself. ER and The Division are the best shows ever! Ok, I'm done.
