LONDON (AP) - Amy Winehouse has entered a drug rehabilitation facility, her record company said Thursday.
A picture of the 24-year-old singer inhaling fumes from a pipe was published this week by British tabloid The Sun. ''Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors,'' Universal Music Group said in a statement.
''She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction,'' the statement said.

I hope this time she is successful. This is not the first time for her. She needs help or she will end up like Ike Turner, doing drugs til the end or Janis Joplin, dropping dead from an overdose at a young age.

I never heard of Amy Winehouse until a few month's ago, and now I hear a lot about her. That seems strange to me. I'm glad she's taken the first step to recovery. I hope it works.

Amy really has only been popular for a short time, since early last year or so. I don't care for her music but she really needs to clean up for her own good.
I always knew she'd be in trouble when her big hit had "they asked me to go to rehab and I said no, no, no" in the chorus.

I don't care for her music, but I can say her voice definitely makes me think of Etta James and people of that music genre. When I seen her video I was like, "That's Amy Winehouse!?" I was shocked. The face and the voice don't match.

That's a dead giveaway. Another thing, I've seen photos of Amy where she looks like a dog, and others where she looks real pretty.

I'm glad she's seeking help. She's way too talented to be wasting herself away.
