I bought Season one and all they had at the store was the colorized version.

So, I put it in and promptly went to the TV menu and got rid of the color!

Was the whole first season black and white? That's how I'm watching it right now.

The entire first and second seasons were shot in B&W.

Did you get it at wal-mart by any chance? The one in my area has had bewitched 1-3 on display for 20 bucks for the past few months or more and it's always the colorized versions of 1 and 2. The only place I could find t he black and white versions was at FYE in our local mall. I guess color just sells better. :(

Yeah, I bought them at Walmart. Couldn't beat the price, and you can always turn the color off on dvd, and when you switch to TV, the channels are still in color.

I liked the colorized versions it didn't bother me.

Me, too. I get so involved in the stories that I don't care whether it's in color or not. I just happened to get the colorized episodes because that's all the store had - and I wanted the sets right then!! :lol:
