Were they like a motorcycle gang or am I getting confused with Biker Mice (or was it biker cats ...?). Regardless, the name sounds familiar but I'm having a tough time picturing it.

I only vaguely remember it. Archie Comics published a 3-issue mini-series
based on it (I have #2 & 3). The animation was by DIC Productions. It was
kind of cool, in a Ninja Turtles/Biker Mice sort of way. Archie also published
an ongoing series, but it only lasted six issues. Both the mini-series and the
regular series came out in 1996.
