Sarah Lancaster as Rachel Meyers on The New Class. No one else comes close IMO.

katie peterson and Racheal Meyers realllly care alot and u can tell that they are some of the sensative ones over maria Lopez- evan though at the begining Racheal was kinda the shopping freak.......
