No, i think it's more that you think you are friends with someone and then you stay friends even though you are told what they say behind closed doors or are sent examples of their vitriol and you stay friends anyway only to have them drop you when one little thing displeases them, in this case, me figuring out her real name and daring to use it with her. I actually have a white picket fence and a dog named Mickey. I work as a Producer in radio and TV in Manhattan. I just got a promotion. My wife and I both have college educations. I've posted pictures over the years of my family. I'm former military, served in Desert Storm in the Navy. I've posted photos of me in my naval uniform. I have great parents, siblings, and my wife has a fantastic huge Italian family. I'm posting between meetings right now. If that's not a life, and a great life at that, nothing is.

Thanks for the congrats. :) It's a lot of hard work with a lot more responsibility, but it's challenging, and my bank account loves it. :lol: Not many people can say that they LOVE their jobs, but I honestly do. Yes, the food. I have to beg my mother-in-law to stop feeding me. They're a great family. I'm a blessed man. I found the love of my life early, and I found Jesus. You're combining your issue with Splain's insults towards Brian. Two separate issues. TJ warned Splain last night to stop doing it on Post #29 on this thread, yet he refuses to stop.

If someone is harassing you in pm's then put them on ignore and they can't pm you anymore. If someone is going after you and talking about you on the boards then report them. That's very simple. It has nothing to do with Splain and his points. He's been breaking rules on this board for a few days now and continues to do it. He was warned to knock it off and he still went after Brian today. He took a few shots at the Politics that he loves so much too. This is supposed to be a sitcom board but I see nothing funny in what he posts.

If you ever have issues with bullying or someone harassing you, I suggest PMing Janice and/or TJ the administrator. You have a right to be free of that crap. We all have had to deal with those types and believe me, going to the sources I mentioned, will help you in the long run. ;) We can all get along great and be there to help you out when you need it. :wave:

Hi Lodee. Sorry to hear you're being harassed by someone. The bottom line is it's not tolerated here at SO. I had a really bad experience with someone too but I didn't engage them, I just kept reporting them to TJ and pm-ing posters I was close to. Help came and the poster who was harassing me got suspended & ultimately banned.
