Hello
I am a fan of the divison series, as well admire the creators of this website. At first, i looked at the show, to see how much footage they would have on Cap. Bonnie Bedelia is a very talented/inspiring actress, and my fav. also. It's not who u like best, cos, all have flaws. Each character is differ in her own ways. I just haven't seen it in CD & Angela. I do not know if, it is the ppl. portraying it or the character itself.

I actually LIKE the captain. I dont know why its just sumtin about her..I do like Bonnie too, maybe THATS why lol

i like cap't more and more recently. Bonnie as an actress i always have thought that she was very talented!

Bonnie....hmm....I do think she is a great actress.I have only seen one of her movies and thought she did a good job.

I like Captain Kate because, despite her tough and ignorant exterior, she is a very compassionate person.

As an actress, Bonnie is excellent and very talented. She really bring Captain Kate alive!

I didn't like her much at the beginning, but now she's growing on me! I like Bonnie too, she's a great actress!

If you woulda asked me this back in February after about 5 episodes of TD had aired I woulda said "heck no", kick her off now. She has really grown on me though. I think the writers are slowly evolving her storyline so she is getting better and better. Nobody could portray Kate like Bonnie! She's doing a great job!

As for Cap Jr. ... I could do without her...

I don't like her. She's scary and mean and hates Jinny. The person who plays the Captain is ok.

I think the actress who portrays the Captain is doing a good job. I think being a cop/detective is a really tough career...I can only imagine how incredibly lonely and frustrating a job it was 20 years ago when Kate was probably the only detective on the whole SFPD. I think she had to develop that tough exterior to be able to survive.

Even though she is hard on Jinny I think it is because she cares about her people...especially the other women detectives because she knows how difficult is was for her. As the captain she also has to be concerned about the performance of her detectives...if one of them is constantly coming to work and not physically/mentally able to do their job due to some sort of addiction she must step in for the safety of everyone.
