the Queensboro Bridge headed to Manhattan and then once they arrive at the building we then see George and Louise get out the cab and head toward their new home as George showed his strut as he now was moving up to bigger and better things.

It's so funny that the season 1 DVD photo has a 1985 George and a 1975 Louise-lol

I suppose they didn't do many cast photos back in '75.

But they have the 1975 George and Louise on the cover of season 4 and not season 1-lol

season 2 Cover-1975 george and 1983 Louise

season 3 Cover-was accurate, 1976 George and Louise

season 5-Cover-1985 George and Louise

Ok, Louise is a little easier to tell, but George? I give...how can you tell? He looked essentially the same to me throughout the series. I can tell a teeny tiny itsy bitsy little small difference in the season one and season two cover art, but how can you tell on the others, and put him in an exact year like that? Or maybe you just really are that good? :D

I love Florence's comments about the cockroaches in her building (causing Tom to lose his appetite). Speaking of Florence, the maid outfit she wore in this episode made her look like a pilgrim.

I love Marla Gibbs. She was the one who really made this show work. The Jeffersons wouldn't have been the Jeffersons without Florence!!
