The working partnership between Madonna and Stuart Price is over. Price disses Madge's new album in UK dance bible Mix Mag.
"Madonna wants to do a R&B record," Price says, "but I don't think that's the right kind of record for her to make. She's worked with Pharrell and Timberland and I think Tim is great but Pharrell? I don't get it - he regurgitates the same crap again and again. You have to make the decision to stop being Madonna's music man and getting on with the rest of your life as well. Madonna tends to take producers from obscurity and then they go back to obscurity. I'm one of the only people who have had things going on before and afterwards."
Price, who produced the latest Seal album, is linked to the new Killers album. He will also release a new album by his band Zoot Woman.
