I can't even get the answer on Google. Now I need to know.

The only thing I can come up with is "The Crezz", British TV drama that aired in 1976. It lasted for 12 episodes. It was produced by Thames Television and aired on the ITV network. The setting for the series was Carlisle Crescent, a fictitious West London street.

Further information, there's a brief, two minute clip of the series on you tube. Looks like the complete series had a DVD release in November 2011.

So I guess I found the answer to this question, 15 years in the waiting. Better late than never. :lol:
