Wade should just shut up. All off-season all I heard from certain players was the reason they always collapsed in December was because Bill Parcells never took it easy on them...he worked them too hard., So now we got a coach that will let his players do whatever they want and they still collapsed. I wonder what their excuse will be now. I don't care if Dallas was the best NFC Team in the regular season...it's the playoffs that matter. The fact that they had opportunities to win and did not shows they are not mature enough to win in the playoffs. All those penalties and dropped balls...the fact is the Giants wanted the game more than the Cowboys and they deserved to win. I'm tired of hearing all the excuses coming from Cowboy Nation. They do it every year. They need to grow up and take responsibilty for that loss.

and the fact that we're the first #1 NFC team to lose their first playoff game since the format changed in 1990 should be an embarrasment to them. I've been trying to remember when the last Cowboys team that was this good loss in the first round and I think it was the 1979 team that loss to the Rams. But even then we were coming off 2 SB Appearances then. :rolleyes:

Yeah that is one of the more ridiculous statements I have heard in recent memory... at least ME o gave credit to the giants.... I will give him that, you have that schmuck ROMO saying stuff like points can be decieving..... give me a break & grow up their boy...this is the NFL

Don't be surprised if Wade Phillips is fired. Not for those statements, but because his Offensive coordinator Jason Garrett is probably Jerry Jones' heir apparent for the job.

Since I see all the Ravens games my biggest fear is to see Garrett go to Baltimore and turn that team around while we're stuck with Wade and continue to be 8-8 or 9-7 the next few years and nothing changes. Well my Dad will be happy at least since he's a Baltimore fan. lol

Owners are always trying to LURE AWAY assistant coaches of winning teams thinking they will turn their team around-lol Same sH*T every offseason.

Wade brought out the best in the boys but he didn't prepare well. If coach landry, johnson or parcells were still here he would have them running like a well oiled machine. Well instead wade let them go off and do thier own thing and instead of a super bowl we got TO crying :o
