Oddly enough, it is time for yet another season of The Odd Couple on DVD. The 1970s series about two divorced men, Felix Unger (a total neat freak) and Oscar Madison (a total slob) sharing a New York City apartment comes back for another four disc DVD set. This is the season where the series really began to pick up and had perhaps some of the best episodes of the series.

well, at least they seem to be unedited; exept for some of the music. And, once again they've screwed us on the extras; after saying after the GREAT season 1 release that they won't!!!

And; I might be wrong about this, but I read somewhere that the problem with music being cut out or replaced on some DVDs is that; the holders of the rights to most songs charge A LOT of money for their usage-more than most companies can afford.
OK, if that's true then thay explains why it's replaced a lot of times; but why do they just cut it out other times? The only reason I can think of is that manufactuers are just too damn lazy sometimes!!!

I bought the third season set yesterday. I'm really happy about it because the third year is probably my favorite of the five.
