'Sex and the City' fans are hitting the jackpot.
Not only is there a feature film of the HBO hit due out in May with two rumored sequels in the works, but a new tell-all book about the early days of the show may be in stores soon, according to the New York Daily News.
Clifford Streit, 'Sex and the City' author Candace Bushnell's former manager and the basis for 'Sex' character Stanford Blatch, wants his tentatively titled memoir, 'Unbecoming Stanford', to be published.
In his manuscript, Streit dishes on a real life affair between two co-stars, tensions on the set, and how he himself once threw up all over Chris Noth's shoes.
Streit also adds why executive producer Darren Star wouldn't cast Ashton Kutcher on the show.
"I don't see this kid going anywhere," Star allegedly told Streit after a meeting.
The 'SATC' film hits multiplexes on May 30 and the movie shoot has all but stopped traffic in Manhattan, as fans and bloggers have stormed the streets trying to get hints on big plot developments. They've seen Kristen Davis with what appears to be a pregnant belly; big news since her character, Charlotte York, couldn't conceive when the show aired on HBO. They've also watched Sarah Jessica Parker parade around in a wedding gown.
"It's like seeing the movie on 'Access Hollywood' before it's out," Michael Patrick King, the screenwriter and director, said.
