Why would we even try to figure out Tvland? This is the channel that is bringing us HIGH SCHOOL REUNION as an original programming of theirs when this damn show already aired on the WB (now the CW). This is no longer classic television. And when they do make classic tv show changes, they air the same show up to 4 times a day.

I haven't seen those episodes in a long time. They were from the last season. From what I remember Phil Silvers tried to sell the Clampets historical monuments in D.C. and NYC so the show went on location. It had JTS by then. :lol:

That is weird. :lol: As long as it is a classic tv show, what difference does it make? Eventually one time slot would be known as the "70's slot" and that isn't right. Andy Griffith can be replaced with All In The Family. Laverne & Shirley can replace anything that is currently on TVland that doesn't belong there. :lol:

I love this rant. As you know I also miss Three's Company at 1am. It was the perfect timeslot for night owls. I am not a fan of BH so the move really hurt my feelings.

Good Times needs to leave TV One as well as TV Land. Blow the dust off the vault and let the light in for goodness sake.

Yeah, I could always fall back on TC when there was nothing else to watch. But I'm not much of a BH fan, and it's really hard to watch a show in black and white at 1am, The Beverly Hillbillies is already airing way too much on the network, and it just launched, which is a huge problem.

I will be watching it on Monday. I wish it was airing the weekend that Just Shoot Me will be taking over TV Land ( 1/26 I think i is). I won't have anything to watch. One day is enough but they have to use two:rolleyes: .

Good rant. I am sick of seeing Good Times on both networks. The complete series is out on DVD. It seems like when one network completes their airing of it for the hour, the other network gets started. I would love to see a Parent Hood marathon, Hanging with Mr. Cooper marathon and Roc marathon for old times sake.

A roc or Parent Hood marathon would be great. It's funny how in order for TV one to have a reason to show another GT marathon is basing it around some character. Now it's a michael theme marathon which is ridiculous. Is there anyway to contact TV one???

TV One is nothing but another joke of a network. They do air Good Times a lot, and in great slots too. Roc gets the early morning, afternoon, or latenight slots. Same goes for Parent'hood. I'd love to see a marathon of those shows, but it's highly unlikely.

I guess the GT marathon is more naseauting because the Show has been on TV ONE's schedule since Jan of 2004

TV One doesn't air Good Times the same way that N@N airs Fresh Prince. They have a Fresh Prince marathon every night it seems.
