I know somebody at work who liked the show as well. Hey, you never know, this sitcom may turn out to be a cult favorite in a few years.

I guess there are people who are into this kind of stuff. You'd never catch me watching it . . . it's it's a cult favorite in a few years, that would truly be the end of television as we know it-LOL

The show in my opinion was never given a chance due to multiple pre-emptions and the strike

Nothing is wrong with it. I was being sarcastic. ;) I have two DVD players, one which is a DVD recorder w/VHS. I needed that so I could transfer my VHS tapes onto DVD as well as transfer my home movies by using the VHS-C adaptor.

I still feel what ABC did to Caveman was wrong-lol

I couldn't believe that ABC even thought about making a show like this. I never had any intention of watching it (and never will), because really, it's just one big Geico commercial! Just because something is popular in one medium doesn't mean they have to run it into the ground!

I do agree that this show was definitely a victim of the strike. As for bad shows that went to be cult classics the critics considered Gilligan's Island, the Beverly Hillbillies, the Munsters, the Addams Family, and Threes Company to be junk TV during there first runs but today these shows are considered classics.
