Did Teddy know about Jinnys drinking prob? I think he does but not sure.

I did not think he knew about her drinking problem. I seem to remember a scene when he was coming to pick her up and she was hiding bottles of booze in her room so he would not see them. Then, as she is ready to let him in, she takes one bottle out of the drawer and takes a long drink, puts it back in the drawer, and leaves.
I thought she was hiding her drinking problem from him. I could be wrong though!
