I love Badfinger. I've been listening to them religiously for a year, getting most of their CDs. They wrote the song "Without You" which was made famous by Harry Nillson and then again by Mariah Carey. While they both had #1 with the song, Badfinger's will always be the best. Fans should check that song out.

I like them too. "Day After Day" is another good one they sing.

don't forget "No Matter What". They were on Apple Records too if I'm not mistaken. Weren't they and James Taylor the only non-Beatles related artists signed to there?

They were a really good band. They had that Beatle-esque vibe with songs like "Day After Day" and "Come And Get It", no doubt helped by their association with the Fab Four. It was tragic, though, that the classic lineup ended tragically. Two main members commited suicide over exploitation by management. :(

It's a shame the way their manager did them. They had 4 major hits, but seen hardly any of the money made from them. Peter Ham and Tom Evans just couldn't handle the situation and took their own lives. They had another song called Better Days that wasn't a hit, but was a really good song.
