The first thing that I am going to say is that I am "very" surprised at how long it has been since anyone has posted anything on this page! For a while the posts were one after the other. Yesterday a female poster raised the same issue regarding "Caroline in the City". I have since responded to her post and it is the most recent one on that page. Another page in which I am the most recent person to post is "The Golden Girls". In any event, I am going to attempt at least one more time to stimulate some conversation regarding "Gimme a Break!" I would like to know other peoples' points of view on the similarities and differences between the bubble bursting at the end of my third favorite episode of "Gimme a Break!" and my all-time favorite episode of "The Brady Bunch". In one Katie got her bubble bursted in terms of getting asked out by the cute guy from the protest and in the other Cindy got hers bursted in regards to being discovered as the new Shirley Temple. In my opinion, Cindy got what she deserved for snooping in her sister's diary and Katie got what she deserved for acting in a manner that was, in the words of Julie, disgusting! I would be "very" interested in what other fans of both shows think!
