A contestant actually won with the lowest amount possible... the penny! Yes, for the first time in DOND history, the penny was won! Can you believe it?

I saw that!!! I have been waiting for that to happen since the show started. At least she can she was the first in history to do it. The next person whp does it has nothing, but a penny of course.

Well, would that moment get you to start watching again or not? (Then again, this is the same contestant that brought a piggy bank with her, only to have it broken with a hammer by the banker!)

I wonder if she actually gets the penny. If she did, would they tax her on that? I can just imagine the woman getting a check for 8/10 of a penny-LOL

You'd have to win a certain amount in California in order for it to be taxed. I think the amount is $1500 but I am not too sure.
