I've seen two recent accounts on the news that resemble the DIVISION so much I am beginning to get suspicous...

Number one is "The Gold Club" bust in Atlanta where the manager of a strip joint had the 'dancers' to do special favors for actors, sport stars, etc. [like in episode 2 of DIVISION]

Number two is, I believe in Indiana, the police force sent out false invitations to about 50 fugitives telling them more lottery money would be giving out and all they had to do was show up. Needless to say they were arrested once they did... [like in the pilot episode of the DIVISION, only they were arrested!]

Anyone else find this interesting...?

yes, i believe that most ob the cases from the division are taken from real cases and slightly altered. like the pizza one...there was a case VERY similar to that
