No I haven't put it on any of the dvds because its on the commercially released boxed sets. :)

interesting article...never really know what happened there obviously. probably didn't make it though based on terrain he jumped into/altitude/etc. But who knows...he could also be living it up somewhere on some island non-extradidion nation.
I also wonder why they put that out, maybe they had a new tip and want some more info
