What are some causes that are important to you and would like to join or are already apart of?

Mine:
*Toys For Tots (like to join)
*Animal rescuer (like to join)

Through church I helped raise money for a foundation that helps mothers with difficult child births. I would like to participate in more causes like this one. Ones that help people who are in need.

I'm really big into animal groups who focus on abused & neglected animals. I make monetary donations to the ASPCA, North Shore Animal League, International Fund for Animal Welfare, and I also donate supplies to the local animal shelters.

It's not just animals, I also donate to the local food bank & rescue mission.

Your right about the animals. I just couldn't think of any support groups for animals at the top of my head. I got idea to start this thread by reading the last of your siggy. :D It's good you're doing that. :)

I'm on the road alot and it just breaks my heart to see a stray animal. I want to take all of them home but I know I can't. A friend once told me 'You can't save them all', and unfortunately I knew she was right.

Charities that support 9/11 victims

St. Jude's Children's Hospital and anything that supports the Troops, firefighters and police. I'd like to get involved/donate to animal groups as well.
