Personally, I love them. I think they're very comfy and easier to walk around in than flip-flops. I also prefer Crocs to sneakers when I'm working in the garden or walking on the treadmill because they're easier to clean and they don't get all stuffy and smelly. I think they're actually cute too.

These stupid things should be banned!!! Wooden shoes look stylish compared to them!

They're great if you plan on wearing a hat, jacket and no pants so you can look like Donald Duck!!

These are Crocs

All I can imagine is your sweaty feet in there and it "squishing" while you walk.

Apparently they're pretty dangerous for young kids too - there's been a few sprained ankles from them (but they couldn't be worse than the 6" platforms or clogs I wore in the 70s I guess).

my mom wears them at work (she's a nurse so she's always running around) and she says they're more comfortable then regular shoes. they look dumb to me though.

I think they're strange looking but people tell me they're really really comfortable. I don't have a pair because I think they are odd (and they're rubber or plastic or something) but I may break down because it's hot where I live and I don't like flip-flops and you don't want to wear socks here! I have another pair of sandally things from Lands End that are odd looking too but I wear those, so I guess I could wear these...

 I'd never be able to wear them comfortably. I'm not going to vote yay or nay though, I don't care if other people wear them or not or if they look stylish or not - I probably will never wear them but it's none of my business if anyone else finds them comfortable.

ARE YOU KIDDING? These shoes are a scurge on society! Not only should they be banned, but people wearing them should be shot on sight!!

Rubber should be worn on only ONE part of the human body - and not on females!!! People should not been seen with bright neon colours on their feet! Shoe boxes would look better! I'm surprised Holland hasn't done anything about this yet!

What's wrong with just good old plain leather or faux leather sandals people? They were good enough for Jesus, they should be good enough for you! You never saw The Big Guy walking over dunes in rubber aqua coloured shoes did you?

What's next - Elf Boots for winter?!?

I had to wear them when I worked at the Veterinary Hospital and I like them just fine. There's nothing wrong with wearing comfortable shoes to work in, so what's the big deal? People have the right to wear whatever shoes they want. I own 3 different pairs of Crocs and they are VERY comfortable to wear when you have to be up on your feet all day, they're also very easy to clean if you work somewhere like I did where you may step in things, lol.

I tried on a pair once. They didn't fit well at all. Plus they're ugly.

I'm with you, Cathy. They are ugly.

Crocs are hideous and no one can pull them off. No one should ever wear them under any circumstances. <3

No one should ever wear them under any circumstances.

Especially on an escalator.

I think they're really ugly but that's just me. Not 'stylish' in the slightest. but I've heard they are really comfortable and apparently in some cases, comfort is more important to some people than outright appearance.

Beautiful! Next thing you know people will be wearing their pyjama's on the street! (Like the old grey sweat pants - nobody can pull those off in public - they may be comfortable for the wearer, but they're an assault on the eyes for the rest of us)! ;)

My 5 year old Niece loves them, and has a few pairs. Unfortunatly, she doesn't want to wear anything else! My Sister has a hard time trying to get her into regular shoes.

They are the most disgusting looking things on the face of the planet and holy frik I cannot wait until this stupid trend dies out. I do NOT care if they are comfortable. I'm sure mumu's are plenty comfortable too, doesn't mean you should wear them. Holy crap. Ugliest shoe ever made.

I got my pair before they were considered 'cool' and everyone laughed at me and was like, "What are those shoes you're wearing?!"
I got them because of the color. Plus, they're nice in the summer when you get your feet wet because they dry quickly.

I voted no as well. The first time I saw them was on vacation in Mexico a few years back. An American tourist (male) was wearing pink ones and I had to laugh to myself, as he really stood out (and not in a good way!)
