The rumor is Van Damme is returning to the director’s chair for his new effort.
Called “Full Love” (hmmm), it starts filming in Bangkok around Easter, and is apparently based on an original screenplay by the ‘Muscles’ that's not so much a martial-arts action movie than it is a romance! But more so, we're told it’s a “small” film.

it's odd how him and Seagal fell out of favor like they did, every movie they did used to open at #1 and now they're straight-to-video. I will admit that Timecop was unfairly shafted because of who it starred, if Arnold had done the film instead of Van-Damme, it would've been a blockbuster and warmly received. I don't think he's much of an actor, but that was actually a good enough movie that it was enjoyable despite being a JCVD vehicle
