SO, too, is the one place I've been at the longest - that I've been active on for the whole time, anyway. I have still-standing accounts on other message boards from 1999 and 2000, but I post there maybe twice a year now, if that. I'll be coming up on six years in the summer... wow!

Congrats!!! 2001 sure doesn't seem like more than half a decade ago. It's scary as hell to realize today's high school seniors were in 6th grade when September 11th occured. Because to me, 9-11 still doesn't seem like it's been THAT long ago.

You can say that again. When I see people on here posting w/ December 2001 registration dates (like TJL and Jack), I sometimes think to myself, "That was the month the last of the fires and smoke died out at Ground Zero." - I remember hearing somewhere that because the damages there were so massive, it took over three months for that to happen.

I was almooooooooost finished with high school at the time. Doesn't seem like that long ago already.

Wow, congrats Tom! You bring so much to the boards. The years are just flying by here. The long time regulars here are like old friends. Watching the teens mature has been interesting also. :)
