I wonder if there's any shot of a reconciliation. Eddie and Valerie are both in better shape now than they've been in ages (Eddie finally overcame his alcohol problem and looks human again, Valerie has lost a lot of weight) and their son is touring with Van Halen, so I wonder if things will be better now. I heard one of the reasons they split was because of Eddie's problems with the bottle became too much for Valerie. Eddie and Valerie both look better now than they have in 15 years.

I guess it was naivity, but at the time, I thought Tom and Nicole were such a great couple who were meant for each other.... before we realized Nicole was sane and Tom.... wasn't.

Funny, I've been going through stacks of old People magazines and it's amazing the number of marriages that have dissolved in just a few years. Now when I read about a hollywood wedding, I basically wonder how long until it hits the skids.

Halle is a Cleveland native - in fact she graduated from the same high school as my dad (albeit 20 years after he did :lol:). Her first ex, David Justice, played with the Indians for several years, but that was after their marriage had broken up.
