I recently have picked up on dvd series of Father dear Father andLove thy neighbor in Australia,and was wondering if anyone knows if a version of Bless this house in Australia was done also?

No such series was produced. Six were made in the UK, but the show's star, Sid James, died just four days after the broadcast of the final episode of series 6 (in April 1976).

It is almost certain that there would have been a seventh had he still been alive, and indeed the possibility of an Australian version at a later stage.

IMO, a sad and untimely end to a great show, and a great man.
