yep, Tommy Hinkley is married to Tracey Needham in real life and plays CD's husband Paul on The Division. And yep, he and George Clooney are good friends. Once I read somewhere that George held a speech at their wedding and everybody was crying or something like that. I don't remember where, but I should have saved it somewhere, I'll check if I can find it, and then there's another article about Tracey, Tommy and George at the IMDB:
George Clooney Receives Death Threat
June 15, 2000
World Entertainment Network
George Clooney was given a death threat when he promised to buy a close friend a motorbike - by the pal's angry wife. Clooney, who befriended his eight close male pals in the
early 1980s when he first arrived in Hollywood from Kentucky - with just $300 in his pocket - frequently pays for their luxurious holidays and bought each pal an exclusive motorcycle for Christmas. But the Three Kings (1999) star was blocked from buying pal Tommy Hinkley one of the speedy bikes when his wife, TV star Tracey Needham, urged him to forget the plan. Hinkley says, "Tracey just said that she would allow me to do a lot of things but she put her foot down
over the bike. She just said there is no way. She told George if he bought me a bike she would kill him. So that was that."
while I was looking for that article, I found this (it's another one but still about Tracey and Tommy):
SAME TIME, DIFFERENT CHANNELS:
(USA Today; Alan Bash; 10-02-1995)
Talk about a family that needs to learn how to use its VCR: Husband Tommy Hinkley has a role in Fox's The Preston Episodes, and wife Tracey Needham plays one of the leads in NBC's drama JAG - airing opposite Preston Saturday nights. "We both just say, 'Hey it's great to be working,' " says Hinkley, who plays the wacky neighbor to David Alan Grier's character. "I joke to her, 'If only one show can go, I hope it's yours, since you make more money than I do.' " Seriously, the competition is dampened somewhat because the shows are different genres, and each partner feels comfortable in his/her element. Hinkley loves the steady sitcom routine; Needham
loves being on location for her drama. Sure, it gets a bit strange on Saturday nights, says Hinkley, but the fact that they're even married is strange. "Actors usually don't want to date other actors. One psycho in the family is enough."

GIRL: "She said he was good in bed. REALLY, REALLY, goood."
C.D.: "That narrows down the field."
C.D.: "What's that?"
Angela: "My checklist."
C.D.: "You forgot the most important thing."
Angela: "What's that?"
C.D.: "Lunch!"
