I can't remember, but I was pointing out how stupid the fast talking was because why did she only become a fast talker around cliff and clair?-lol When she talked to Vanessa it was a normal speed

Kara was the one who talked fast and Janet was the normal one.

She talked so fast, I could hardly keep up with what she was saying.

How about Vanessa's friend Kara, who taked fast, I know she was mentioned above, but another thing I remember about her was Cliff's reaction to her, he always looked at her with a bewildered look on his face after she went off on one of her tangents and said "Thank You!!" I always LOL when I heard that!!

Her character's name was Kara and the actresses name is Elizabeth Narvaez-Scott

She was a real cutie back then, wonder what she looks like now.

A real funny storyline on the show for Kara would be for her to reveal that she went to reading school and to have her former teacher show up and have him be portrayed by John Moschitta, Jr.
