The actor's name is Dayton Lummis. He played Bill Parker in the episode where Lucy has her eyes examined. Remember, Bill Parker and his prep preems? :lol:

As I watched the L.A. at Last episode I couldn't help but wonder why that man looked and sounded familiar. I racked my brain and realized it was the same guy who played Bill Parker. I researched right now and also discovered he was the publisher whom Lucy was to meet with.
