I just wanted to share these so you can hear some of her wonderful singing voice. There are three clips here. The first is a recording of Lucie singing "I Still Believe in Love" from the Broadway play, They're Playing Our Song (where she met Laurence Luckinbill). She reminds me of Helen Reddy here:

This second one is a six-minute clip and Lucie only appears only at the end in the very last minute, but it's worth hearing her in this one. This is fairly recent. First, she comments on how her parents inspired her, then you can hear what an amazing voice she has today. I really think her voice has improved with age. She's singing "El Cumbanchero" (the song Desi sang in "Breaking the Lease"). Though it's hard to make out, that's her son, Simon, playing the conga drums. This would have done Desi very proud:

And finally, this is the first of six parts of a cheesy 1975 Wonderful World of Disney episode, hosted by Lucie (who does some singing here), who is joined by Lyle Wagoner and Tommy Tune, for the opening of Walt Disney World's Space Mountain:

Thank-you. :)

Sure. Is anyone here familiar with that song from They're Playing Our Song? I really like it and was surprised I hadn't heard it before. I would really like to see one of her cabaret shows next time she's out this way. I friend of mine went to see her and said she really blew the house down. The audience was blown away. She completely exceeded his expectations.
