Can anybody explain to me how some people can trust strangers?

For Example:

1. A stranger will come up to me and is afraid to walk on the street, and needs my help to walk with them. They don't know me and vice versa.
Who's to say that I won't attack them or something.

2. A person finds my profile interesting on a penpal website, and decides to write me, and gives me their phone number and/or home address.

1) - I havent ever had anyone ask me to walk with them but I may seeing how loving I am to others..

I must say my love is wearing thin as more and more people are mean to me!! -- I cant take it anymore...

2) I dont have anything like that but I have had ppl send me thier phone # before.. Sometimes I call them and sometimes I dont..

One time someone I knew from the CB radio came to my house and he secretly tried to get my # .. He called his mobile # from MY PHONE.. He didnt realise my phone shows up PRIVATE when a call is made! (Well it did then thankfully)

I guess ya cant trust EVERY SINGLE PERSON!!

I don't trust strangers. If I don't know a person trying to friend me on social media, I deny and block.

Out in public, I'm careful who I speak to. If someone says hello or good morning and I don't get a creepy vibe from them, I will greet them politely or maybe friendly but i'm always cautious.
