No work today so I'm sitting at home watching bad movies and not doing laundry.

Big night tonight Janice...

The ladyfriend who I am kind of sort of (in a very hard to explain way) seeing is going out tonight with her Mom and Dad who flew in for a few days and I am meeting them at the Gaf for drinks.

From what I have been told, they are very anxious to meet me.

So it looks like I have to be on my best behavior tonight.

Now if you'll excuse me, I must think up some witty quips and conversation starters.

Do you think I should tell them about my action figure collection?

;)

I'm working all weekend. :( Tonight through Monday night. Ack! The last week was awesome, because my job pretty much gave me a five-day vacation in the course of a week. I had last Friday & Saturday off, had to work Sunday, had Monday & Tuesday off, worked Wednesday and was off yesterday.

My arm is killing me - I have serious problems with it, and having to do a lot of physical things at work... ack! :(

Not really sure what I'll do during the time I'm not working this weekend...

I need to wrap some christmas presents sometime this weekend. We also want to go to the river park and see the christmas lights, but they won't have them on tonight because of the rain. Maybe Saturday night or Sunday night, we'll get to see them.

It is my mother's 55th birthday and the 66th anniversary of the bombing
of Pearl Harbor.

I hope it goes well. Have fun tonight!!!!

Here at home. It is extremely windy and chilly. We had a small storm last night, hopefully it will rain all weekend, I love the rain at this time of the year.

Did some online shopping today. I have lots of housework to get to.

Tomorrow I'm taking my little girl Christmas shopping for her both of her Grandma's and Grandpa's and for her Dad. And tomorrow night we're going to take the girls to see the Christmas in the Park. And Sunday it's Church and we're also going to go and buy our Christmas Tree.

That's my weekend, nothing really exciting.

I need to do some business work but most of my weekend will be spent putting up the last of the Christmas decorations, wrapping presents and shopping for more presents.

*sigh* Last night was so fun! My friend Kristen and I went to go see my Poetry prof's play (it's a requirement for anyone in his classes) and we had a good time spying on him, lol. If you couldn't tell, I have a thing for him  The play was so hard to understand (Shakespeare! I'll never get it!), but it was amusing to watch all the singing and dancing.

Afterwards, we waited in the parking lot for him to come out and followed him down the road  Not too sure if he saw me, but it was fun. Good times.

Today will be less eventful...I work 2:30-10, then I plan on putting together parts of my poetry portfolio or starting other papers.

Sunday is basically a mad dash to finish up any assignments...it's the final week, so it's going to be hell! If I can manage it, I'd like to hang out with my friend Josh tomorrow night too.

Well, that's about it...oh, did I mention my poetry prof wants me to do an independent study with him in advanced poetry?! :faint: He thinks I have incredible talent *swoon*

Well last night was pretty interesting.

I met my ladyfriend at the Gaf where I met her perents, a very nice couple visiting from Texas.

We then went over to my other hangout Conker Hill fro another drink and to play some darts.

I think I scored a few points with my ladyfriend.

I can't help it. I'm so darn charming.

Think I'll stay inside today and rest up. Busy week or two at work coming up.

I'm glad to hear this, Tom. How could anyone not like you? I'm glad you made a great impression. :)

I'm not even going to go into how lame it was working at the snowball yesterday. Let's just say if any of you are unfortunate enough to have to ever work at a damn snowball, don't volunteer to do coat check. :)

Other than that I'm going to be studying my life away. Finals are this coming week.
