I was wondering what was Alex real Name and what is she doing bow

Alex was played by Farrah Forke. According to IMDB, the most recent thing she's been in was Justice League, 2005. It must be a cartoon, b/c it says she was just the voice.

Yes, Alex and Brian dated throughout Season 5. (During season 4, both brothers were chasing her.)

Yup, many episodes of Season 4, such as "Two Jerks and a Jill" and "The Key to Alex" show the brothers competing for her attention. It was all part of their usual rivalry over women.

From what I've read Farrah moved back to Texas and had twins a couple of years ago.
