Not exactly 1 person, but I always loved all the secretaries on Murphy Brown. They could come up with the funniest people sometimes. My favorite was Bambie, the phone tramp, from season 2. Everytime I watch that episode, I can't stop laughing-LOL

Beth (played by Vicki Lewis) on "NewsRadio". Though she didn't do much work, other than make a pot of coffee every day. And sometimes, she would make a second pot.
