Is it just me, or is others also experiencing problems with YouTube loading up very slowly, not loading up at all with only an error message, or when you get to the page, you can't click your page, videos, etc.?

My PC is a Dell inspiron with Window Vista built right in, plus I have the recommended software to view YouTube videos, as well! Could Windows Vista be the root problem with not being able to load up YouTube and YouTube videos at all at a decent rate?:mad: Or is others also experiencing YouTube acting strange at times today?
