HEY HAPPY DAYS FANS I AM SO HAPPY THAT cbs/paramount has finally saw the light they got all of the original music intact cool, i guess with all of the complaints they have ben getting they finally said to themselves we have got to do something, i bet with all of the letters they have been getting and maybe a little talk from garry marshall they got there acts together, anyway i am so happy i bet season 3 will sell big time, but i wonder why on the back of the dvd it says that some music has been replace anyway i am thankful we got the songs that the band had originally performed intact, i believe that we will see more missing original music in the next set, as for the two episodes which are edited a date with fonzie and fonzie knew friend is ok, but in future reference they better try to double check in the archives to find these lost footages anyway let us all be thankful i do not have to write my letter to garry marsall he heard or prayers. I just have one question pertaining to season 3 dvd, the notes that todd and pavan put on the site, are these songs from the original version that was not heard in season 2 or the syndications version, and i was wondering that on the back of the dvd cover it said that there was going to be music replacments, based on the review especailly using the songs that was not heard on season 2 seems to me that they spent more money to clear these songs, which is a blessing, i wonder what was the key but anyway these songs are from the abc version right just asking, maybe seasaon 3 will sell now that everything is intact i am loking forward to season 4.

3 episodes were edited. Not 2.

BTW, did you finally pick it up Studd or are you just going by comments here (as well as the review)??

Mine is coming in a few days. Ordered it from Amazon (w/ Free Shipping).

Got my set today.

Much better improvement over the Season 2 set.

Music is pretty much all there...

Edits seem very minor in those 3 episodes -- mainly it looks like they are missing the "tag scenes" in 2 of the episodes...
and maybe a tiny bit more during the "Laverne & Shirley debut" episode (sorry forgot the title)

All in all I'd give it an A-.
