Just wondering how many of you plan on watching TBH when it comes to TV Land in January?
I don't get cable anymore, but I'd watch it if I could.

View Full Version : Will you watch TBH when it comes to TV Land clj2 11-22-2007, 08:39 PM Just wondering how many of you plan on watching TBH when it comes to TV Land in January? I don't get cable anymore, but I'd watch it if I could. ethelmaepotter 11-22-2007, 10:54 PM I will, but considering that TV Land winds up taking its better shows and moving them around the schedule so much people don't know when it is on, but I think the show's popularity will fade quickly. I am a BIG fan of the show, but I see TV Land just killing it in no time. treky 11-23-2007, 02:20 AM I may; just every once in a while though. Even though it'll be shredded to ribbons, it's better than not seeing it at all-since the rest of the series may never come to DVD unfortunately.:( :( LET'S JUST HOPE THIS POST SHAKES UP SOME HEADS AT CBS/PARAMOUNT!!! (or whoever owns the rights) catlover79 11-23-2007, 02:22 AM No, because I don't have cable. I'd watch it if I could! comedyfreak 11-23-2007, 05:50 AM I plan on watching when I can, and will most likely with the writer's strike in full swing. richieonline 11-27-2007, 09:58 PM Definitely!! Bring on the Clampetts!!!! Scoobiedoo30 12-27-2007, 12:32 AM yes I will be watching The Beverly Hillbillies on TV Land AB 12-27-2007, 12:56 AM I would if I got cable. Scoobiedoo30 12-27-2007, 01:11 AM you can order cable Albert71292 01-18-2008, 02:14 AM I may; just every once in a while though. (or whoever owns the rights) As for the "shredded to ribbons" part of your statement... I was watching with my son on TV Land, the first episode, I was going to alert him to this: JED: How come there's no ice in Californy? JETHRO: (after a hesitant pause) Don't look at me, I didn't take it! That was cut from the episode. I gave up, turned off Dish Network, put in the only decent DVD release the show has had so far, the MPI version, and played it for him instead. Guess since CBS/Paramount seems to be sitting on the fence about this, I need to transfer those 30 "Beverly Hillbillies: The Collector's Edition" VHS tapes I got from Columbia House years ago (3 episodes per tape, grouped by subject matter, and not by date) to DVD sometime soon. treky 01-18-2008, 03:07 AM yea, that's a DAMN SHAME they won't realse the rest of the series!  Even though there's some later episodes that aren't very good, I'd still like to see the rest on DVD. |
