To answer your question, Don and Barbara were the same height.

But yes I'm sure she would sometimes look taller due to either heels or boots.

Don Adams and Barbara Feldon talked about the height issue in the interviews they did for the Complete Series bonus features. Don Adams confessed to being taken completely aback by how tall BF was when he saw her screen test. She said that she spent 5 years going barefoot in scenes where her feet weren't visible-----leaning and bending on things to appear shorter, etc. They also said that some of the scenes where they appeared to be about the same height were accomplished through a combination of her slouching and him wearing lifts.
