Has anyone here purchase The Star Trek HD DVD set today? I thought about buying it.But the price tag is just to high.Cant believe Paramount wants almost $200 for this set.I see Amazon is selling it for $135,but I still think thats expensive. I meen is it worth it just to see it in High Def with new special effects?

I was thinking of picking the set up, but the price is rediculous. I would understand that price for the entire series, but for only one season - I think I'll pass.

To promote the new set, selected movie theaters were having screenings of the two-parter "The Menagerie." I went last week, and the new high definition visual effects are amazing - but still, it's not worth $200. Maybe they'll lower the price when the second season set comes out.
