it's really hard to choose, because I love Roseanne more than any of the 78-79 ABC Thursday shows, but I'd much rather watch Happy Days, Laverne, Three's Company and Taxi over any of the non-Roseanne shows from 91

Gimme the 78-79 season any day.
Definitely 1978-1979. I like "Roseanne," "Home Improvement," and "Homefront," but I like pretty much all of the shows on the 70s schedule.

As much as I loved the Tuesday 78-79 lineup, I liked the 91-92 lineup better. Full House, Roseanne, and Home Improvement are 3 of my favorite shows, plus I'd always Coach along with them. Definitely a lineup I'd like to see come back.
ABC always had pretty good Tuesday night sitcom blocks. Then they also had the TGIF block in the 90's, which I would never miss. CBS, on the other hand, always had the Monday night sitcom block for as long as I could remember. Like in the 90's, I remember watching Murphy Brown and The Nanny on Monday nights, and it still lives up today.
The 78-79 line-up for me, I like every one of those shows.

91-92. I can't stand to watch L&S or 3's Company.
