Just saw this on Ebay and was trying to remember what episode it was seen in? Anyone remember? The seller doesn't know.

The date says 59-60, so that would mean it was used on The Lucy Desi Comedy Hour.

Lucy goes to Japan.

Someone will have to screencap the episode and see if they can spot that piece or something similar to it. :)
