I think they should flash forward some 21 years or so into the future where the engagement of Dr, Cox's daughter to JD's son is announced. JD, of course, is thrilled while Dr. Cox, of course, is pissed. Hilarity and drama ensue, but the wedding goes on. Dr. Cox and JD finally hug at the end and Cox tells JD he's like the brother he never had.

Interesting idea! I'd like to see J.D. and Elliot end up together. Not necessarily get married or anything like that, but they should realize that they are in love with each other and try to make it work. I'd also like to see J.D. get that hug from Dr. Cox!

Yes....hopefully it'll have a good ending and not a crappy one.

1. Dr. Cox gets the Chief of Medicine position.
2. Janitor's real name is revealed.
3. Elliot and JD stay really far appart, because it's annoying.
4. Ted finally offs himself. (I love Ted, but it's what he's wanted all along!)
5. Lonnie comes back, please =(
6. Something bad happens to Keith.
7. The Todd falls in love <3
