Ok guys, I have only written one other fan fic and It wasn't the best......I gave this Idea to somebody else and there writing a version kinda like this, but I decided to also do my own version.....I forgot who it was that I told could write this, but you go ahead and write your fan fic, i'm sure our ideas will be completely different!

OK...forewarn you, i kinda took the character of Jinny and Jo and turned them into a single character. So if you don't like FOL clashing w/ TD then don't read this.

FOREWARD: It's been 13 years since the girls have seen each other. Jo moved to New York City after she graduated from college. The girls havne't heard from her since except for the occasional post card. Natalie and Blair kept in touch in the begining, but it has been about 8 years since they last spoke. Tootie is struggling right now in her in and out jobs and hasn't spoken to Natalie in 5 years, or Blair in 10. Mrs. G and Bruce are no longer together, and Mrs. G keeps in touch with Natalie and Blair through the occasional phone call. The "movie" opens with Jo and her new life.

Her head was pounding, her hands were shaking, and her hair was so wild and out of place that she couldn't bare to stand it. She slowly dragged her self out of the strangers bed that she happen to fall into last night after a few...well, more than a few...drinks. She had already dressed herself and was pretty much ready to go. She grabbed her gun and star and slowly creeped out of his door. Once she slowly shut his door she placed her hand on her forehead and thought to herself 'Damn, work in 4 hours.' She barely made it down the stairs due to the major hangover she was suffering. As soon as she got in her car, she could slowly feel her eyes start to water. Jo had done it again.

"Steve we have got to go, NOW!" Shouted Blair to her husband of 10 years. "I'm coming, calm down!"
"If we are late-"
"We won't be late." said Steve, as he came out hoping on one foot trying to tie his shoes as he rushed towards his rather very angry wife. "I'm ready"
"I haven't seen Natalie in 8 years and she just calls up out of the blue. Something is wrong, I know it is..."
"Katherine! Come on....your mother and I are ready to go!" shouted Steve, half way listening to his wife's worries.
"Coming Dad! I just have to finish putting on my makeup and I'll be ready!"
"You know....she's nine years old, I'm not sure if I'm ready to see my little girl grow up!"
"Oh come on Steve, I was 8 when I stopped looking in the toy department and searching the cosmetics!"
"I'm sure you were Blair..."
"I'm ready" stated Katherine, Blair and STeves 9 year old girl.
Blair smiled and looked at her family; her husband Steve and her daughter Katherine, "Well, what are we waiting for? Lets go!"


"No not yet, I'm waiting on some friends." answered Natalie to the then very agitated waitor.
"M'am, you have been sitting here for an hour and your 'friends' still haven't arrived, are you sure their coming?"
"I'm sure i'm sure, i like to be early that's all!" shouted Natalie.
"Yes m'am..." the waitor mumbled as he walked off
"Waiters......." mumbled Natalie back. At this point in time, Natalie had finally grown up. After she realized that learning about life through just living it wasn't exactly the route to take...she went a local technical college and was now working as a registered nurse at the New York Family practice, not exactly what she wanted in life, but the only thing she could think of at the time, her life wasn't as glamorous as she had pictured it for herself in her innocent years of highschool, but she could pay the bills and lived in a pretty nice middle class apartment. She also was secretly struggling to complete her only dream-to publish a book. 'Blair, if you don't hurry your ass up, i swear......' Just then, Blair, Steve, and Katherine came running through the doors "Sorry we're late!" shouted Blair jokingly to her friend, Natalie. "Late? You! Please, I just got here 5 minutes ago myself!" said Natalie very calm casual, but at the same time getting looks from the waiter she had recently had a little run in with. "Natalie...you haven't changed" said Blair, as her and Natalie embraced in a hug.
"God, it's been so long!"
"Too long!"
This when on for about 15 minutes, the exchanging of compliments, hugs, etc.
"Katherine! Goodness, how you've grown! The last time I saw you, you but a young age of 1!" shouted Natalie.
"Well, now I'm a woman!" stated Katherine very proudly
"Oh lord....." moaned Steve. The girls laughed.
"Come on Sit down! So Blair, how have you been?!"
"Natalie, goodness...I've been doing fine. you?"
"Oh well, you know life is life, you might as well live it!"
Blair and Natalie laugh. "Listen Blair, I need to talk to you about something you see-"
"What is it Natalie" Blair said in a panicky, voice.
Natalie laughs, "No Blair, nothings wrong. I want you to help me get the girls together and have a reunion"
"But Natalie...it's been, what 13 , 14 years since we've seen each other!"
"Please Blair"
"I want this just as much as you do, but I have no idea how to get in touch with Tootie or-"
"I've already handled that! I have Tooties phone number, it's called the phone book Blair!"
"...but Jo."
"That's where I need your help, Blair"
"Well.....ok"

Now, i know the begining was extremely slow! But if i get enough replys....i'll continue the story! So lets see where this goes......got any suggestions?! Please let me know!

"Cases!" shouted Tracy, the New York Police Department captain
"Jo, David, homicide 5th Avenue, bullet wound to head...no body know's what happened. You get to find out."
"Can't wait" stated Jo sarcastically.
"awww, come on, won't be that bad! That is what we're here for" replyed David, Jo's partner. Jo and David had been partners for about 7 months now. David was big, built, and completley full of himself. Jo could barely stand him. "Come on lets go"


"Natalie, I have no idea where to start! I mean...we have to make plans, conact people, find out where they are, pick a date that would be best for everyone-"
"Then we better get started!" said Natalie enthuisatically.
"Ok, first we gotta get in touch with Tootie, I figured I could do that."
"Sounds good, and I'll get in touch with Mrs. Garret, it shouldn't be that hard, she still lives in good ol' Peeksville," Blair said with a slight smile.
"How does 2 weeks from tommorow sound?"
"Fine with me, if it's OK with everyone else"
"Well, then i better call Tootie!"

'Dammnit, not again' thought Tootie to herself. "Another rejection" said Tootie outloud to her husband Jeff. "Don't worry Tootie, i mean, come on, acting isn't everything"
"It is when your trying to make a living of it! No body will give me a chance! No one....is there something wrong with me?!"
"Tootie, don't ever, EVER, say that! You are perfect the way you are! That's why I asked you to marry me"
Tootie just shook her head. She couldn't believe it. Try out and try out and still, no call backs, just the 'don't call us, we'll call you' scene. She couldn't belive, she thought of herself a good actress, but why couldn't the rest of the world see that? Just then the phone rang.
"Hello" Jeff said quite bluntly, he wans't exactly the phone answering kind of guy. "Umm...hi. Is this the residents of Jeff and Tootie Williams?" said the woman on the other end. "yes it is, can I help you?"
"Oh thank God! Do you know how many williams are in the phone book?!"
"Umm...yea...can I help you?"
"Oh yea, may I speak to Tootie?"
"...sure"
"Uh...tootie, you got a phonecall"
"Tell them I'm NOT here....i'm not in the mood!"
"M'am, she's not here right now can I take-"
"tell her to cut the crap and get on the phone!" shouted the woman half way jokingly, half way serious!
Tootie just grabbed teh phone from Jeffs hand and bluntly and rudely said "WHat?!" tot he mysterious woman on the other end.
"Fine then, I won't talk to my best friend after 5 years of no communication!" said Natalie, on the other end.
"Oh my gosh....Natalie, is that yoU!?" said Tootie, excitley, she coudln't belive it.
"The one and only!"
"OMG..Natalie! I...I...don't know WHAT to say!"
"Say you'll meet me"
"You got it!" After the girls discussed on where to meet and when they said there goodbyes. Tootie couldn't belive it, her best friends through all her years of Eastland just called up after 5 years and asked to do some 'catching up'. "Who was it?" said Jeff, with a smile.
"Oh dont play dumb!"

"Hello?!" said the elderly woman on the other line, out of breath
"MRS. GARRET!!!!"

"David, that's it! I'm getting a new partner! You make me sick!"
"Oh please Jo, face it...nobody else wants to be your partner!"
"What the hell is that suppose to mean?" This had become a regular routine between Jo and David. THey didn't get along, they had a hard time getting their work done. Jo didn't understand why Tracy put them together. 'Damn, I need to get out of here'

"Ok, Blair, Tootie is coming....you got a hold of Mrs. Garret and she's coming..we just need jo now! Oh this is going GREAT!"
Blair and Natalie decided to meet for coffee about an hour early before Tootie arrived. They wanted to make sure they had everything together before they went even further.
"Don't get too ahead of yourself Natalie, i have no idea how to get in touch with Jo!"

"Hurry, hurry....oh no! I'm already 15 minutes late! well...the girls won't kill me...will they? No of course not! LOok at me, i'm argueing with myself! UGG!" Mrs. Garret had been like this all morning. She had too much to get done and she was too excited last night to get a head start on any of it. She was seeing her girls again after all this time. She wondered how they had changed, what their lives had turned out to be like. Had Natalie become the famous writer she planned on being? Had Tootie made it big in the Spotlight? Was Blair still rolling in the money? Well, of course she was.... and Jo? Was she still the tough motorcycle chick that she always would remember. "I have to go!" Just then the door bell rang. "Now who in the world," but before she could think twice she saw who it was. It was Bruce.

"NATALIE!!!!" The girls squealed and giggled like they were little girls again, they ever got a few stares from other elderly couples that were in the restarurant. But they didn't care. They embraced each other in a huge hug and even shed a few 'happy tears.' "God Girl, you have changed....loook at you! your a wooo-man!" stated Tootie inbetween laughs. "Oh Tootie, you havne't chnaged! Still the best kind of friend! Come sit sit"
"Thanks.....BLAIR! I didn't even see yoU!"
"Tootie! You look great!"
"and so do you....how are you Blair? How are you and Steve?"
"Oh we're doing great! We have a little girl now."
"Oh my...theres a little Blair running around! Why did I hear about her?!"

"Bruce? Wha..what are you doing here?" Mrs. Garret said half shocked, half angry.

"Whatever for Bruce?" Mrs. Garret said sarcastically, she couldn't believe he even had the guts to show his face.
"Look, Edna...i'm sorry. I wanna be...I mean, i want to have, at least a somewhat friendly relationship with you."
"Look Bruce, I don't have time to talk about this...i'm going to go see the people that actually care about me and where I end up in life. Be sure to lock the door when you get done looking for self pity" and with that Mrs. Garret grabbed her bag and walked out the door. She couldn't belive that man...no, that boy, had the nerve to show up at HER house. How dare he? Mrs. Garrent just thought, 'MEN!'

"...and that's pretty much my life," finished Natalie, quite out of breath. The girls looked at her attentivley, half symathetic for Natalie, her dream life wans't exactly so dreamy. "But what about your LOOOVE life," asked Tootie with a kaniving smile.

"well...I do have a very steady boyfriend. We've actually been going steady for about 2 years now."
"Two years?! Two years?! I havne't heard about him! Damn...i am behind!" stated TOotie in shock. Tootie behind on the news? All three women laughed...it was just like old times.
"Yes, Tootie, 2 years. His name is Bill, he's tall...brown hair...blue eyes-"
"Sounds cute!" Blair was happy for Natalie, she was glad she had someone special in her life.
"Yea, well...i don't think he's all that bad...i guess i'll keep him for a while!"
The three women lauged. It was really good to be back together again...

'Let's see, turn right at the red light....ok...left at the sign....look to your left, and...' "I'm Here!" Mrs. Garret said out loud to herself. She was now just two minutes away from seeing her girls again. How had they all changed? Blair, Natalie, Tootie and Jo...she could'nt wait to see them again! Mrs. Garret walked up and looked in, what she saw almost brought tears to her eyes. 3 of the most important people in her life sitting around laughing talking just like they did when they were HER little girls at Eastland. Now her little girls had grown into women. Mrs. Garret opened the door to the little cafe "GIRLS!!!!!!"

Jo walked into her New York apartment. Cans and bottles of God knows what everywhere. She walked over to her answering machine and saw that it was blinking... 'Uh? Wonder who called...' Jo hit the play button to see who it was, it was Tracy:
"Jo, it's Trac. Got your note about David, we'll see what we can do...no guarantees. We got you a new partner last time on short notice, not to sure this time. If there's a problem I can fix with David, tell me, and I will. Trust me. Well, c ya tomm. morning...be on time! Oh and by the way, i got a message here for ya, someone called while you and David were out on that case, names Bl-" just then her message had cut off. 'God, I gotta get that thing fixed'
